The main way to progress on the Misty Mountains location is to study flowers. All the flowers seeds can be found on this location. 

Where to find the seeds?

1) When you open new parts of the island, you can see the hints which flower seeds are located there:
   

2) They will be hidden behind particular objects:

• beneath different monoliths;
     
• in ancient ruins;
     
• under big trees (unlike regular trees, you need to chop them down by using different resources, not energy);
     
• in treasure pits.
