Sometimes there is a need for a certain colourful extract/essence, etc.
Here's how to get them:

• go to the build menu, in the Plants section;
• hover over the flowers, and you'll see what you can receive from them;
     
• plant the flowers of a particular colour;
     
• when collecting the result, you'll get the needed resources.
