To transfer your game progress to a new account, please contact our Support team in the following situations:
- If you want the same level of play from the Farland mobile app to the QS Games website.
- If you want to switch from playing on the mobile app to the QS Games website with the same level of progress.
- If you are playing on the mobile app and need to sync your current account with a new phone/tablet.
To facilitate the transfer, provide the following information:
- Game ID of your existing high-level account.
- Email associated with the existing account.
- Current level in the game.
- Confirm if you have access to this game account at the moment, and when was the last time you logged in.
- The name of your avatar in the game.
- The device you are currently playing on with this account.
Also, include the Game ID of your new account where you want the progress transferred.
