To transfer your game progress to a new account, please contact our Support team in the following situations:

  1. If you want the same level of play from the Farland mobile app to the QS Games website.
  2. If you want to switch from playing on the mobile app to the QS Games website with the same level of progress.
  3. If you are playing on the mobile app and need to sync your current account with a new phone/tablet.

To facilitate the transfer, provide the following information:

  • Game ID of your existing high-level account.
  • Email associated with the existing account.
  • Current level in the game.
  • Confirm if you have access to this game account at the moment, and when was the last time you logged in.
  • The name of your avatar in the game.
  • The device you are currently playing on with this account.

Also, include the Game ID of your new account where you want the progress transferred.
