If you've made a purchase in a Farland mobile application and need a refund, you can easily request it through Google Play. Follow these steps to initiate the refund process:
- Open Google Play Store.
- Access Your Profile by tapping on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- From the menu, select "Payments & subscriptions."
- View Order History by tappig on "Budget & order history" or "Order history" to see your past purchases.
- Look through your order history and locate the purchase you want to refund.
- Tap on the purchase, and then select "Request a refund" or "Report a problem."
- Choose a Reason - You'll be prompted to select a reason for the refund request. Choose the most appropriate option and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Submit Your Request - After providing the necessary details, submit your refund request. Google will review your submission and notify you of the outcome within a few days.
Important Notes
- Typically, refund requests should be made within 48 hours of the purchase. However, in certain situations, you may still be eligible for a refund beyond this period.
- Keep in mind that the decision on your refund request is at Google's discretion, and not all requests may be approved.
