If you've made a purchase in a Farland mobile application and need a refund, you can easily request it through Google Play. Follow these steps to initiate the refund process:

  1. Open Google Play Store.
  2. Access Your Profile by tapping on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. From the menu, select "Payments & subscriptions."
       
  4. View Order History by tappig on "Budget & order history" or "Order history" to see your past purchases.
       
  5. Look through your order history and locate the purchase you want to refund.
  6. Tap on the purchase, and then select "Request a refund" or "Report a problem."
  7. Choose a Reason - You'll be prompted to select a reason for the refund request. Choose the most appropriate option and follow the on-screen instructions.
  8. Submit Your Request - After providing the necessary details, submit your refund request. Google will review your submission and notify you of the outcome within a few days.

Important Notes

  • Typically, refund requests should be made within 48 hours of the purchase. However, in certain situations, you may still be eligible for a refund beyond this period.
  • Keep in mind that the decision on your refund request is at Google's discretion, and not all requests may be approved.
