Not enough rare resources in the game? You need the Storage of Rarities.  
It is possible to buy this building from Household tab, Buildings section from level 20. 
     
In this storage, you can exchange some rare items for others (such as a compass, map, saw, etc.).
   
In order to start a deal, first select the resource you want to receive and then the resources you are willing to exchange.
   
After the amount of resources for the deal is sufficient, the indicator will change its color from orange to green. 
   
Click on the button to start the deal. Please note that it costs 225 coins to make a deal. 
   

Note! If at the moment you do not have rare resources, the deal cannot be made.
