How to delete a guild?
All guild members must leave the guild, the leader being the last to leave. Use the Withdraw from guild button.
If the leader no longer plays?
In case the leader is absent from the game for over 3 weeks and the team can't reach them, the support team can transfer the Guild leader rights to one of the Co-leaders. To initiate this, simply get in touch with the support team within the game.
Can the leader leave the guild?
A leader can't exit a guild unless they transfer leadership rights to another player first. Only then can the leader leave the guild.
Guild chat
Interested in chatting with friends while playing the game? You can do that using the guild chat feature. It's a nice way to stay connected with your guild mates and share resources like water, energy, and nature runes.
If your guild includes players from various countries who speak different languages, you can copy messages in the chat. Then, you can use a translator of your choice to understand the message.
How many players can be in one guild?
The maximum number of players in a guild is 30.
Why can't I gather resources at a guild member's location?
Being a guild member doesn't require you to be friends in the game. This means you can donate suggested resources to your teammates, but you won't receive friendship runes when you visit them.
You can connect with your teammates by sending friend requests via the Friends Book. Players in the red frame are your in-game neighbors, while those in the white frame aren't your friends (you aren't following them, and they aren't following you).
Roles
- Leader - create, edit, assign roles, invite and accept players, kick players. Can be only one.
- Co-leader - can promote/demote/kick elders and newcomers; accept and invite players.
- Elder - accept and invite players.
- Newbie - only participate in competitions.
Sunrunes when buying a golden ticket
If one of the guild members buys a Golden ticket in Seasonal Pass, all guild members receive 5 Sunrunes in the guild chat.
A newly joined player does not see and cannot receive Sunrunes for previously purchased golden tickets of guild members.
