Incognito mode (or private browsing mode) is a special browser mode where browsing history, cookies, and part of the cache are not saved.
Support may ask you to launch the game in incognito mode to check whether outdated cache files or browser extensions are interfering with the game’s proper functionality.
If the game works in incognito mode but does not work in normal mode, you should clear your browser cache and check your installed extensions.

Why support may ask for incognito mode
If issues occur in the game or it does not load properly, incognito mode helps to check:
- whether browser cache is interfering
- whether extensions (ad blockers, translators, etc.) are causing conflicts
- whether the issue is related to the browser rather than the account or servers
Important
If the game works in incognito mode but not in normal mode:
- Clear browser cache
- Disable or check extensions
- Update the browser to the latest version
- Restart the browser
