To obtain Shield with Claw Marks for the World's Edge location, you can:

• While working in the Amulet Workshop, you have a chance to receive Shield with Claw Marks as a bonus drop.
     
• Complete the Dragon's wishes. The Shield with Claw Marks can be found in the chests you receive as rewards from the Dragon.
