Sometimes during an update, you might face issues: the game won't load, a Library error appears, or you get a Connection lost message. Usually, this means your game version is outdated.

How to check for updates:

  • iOS (App Store): Open the App Store -> tap your profile icon -> scroll down to the app list -> find the game and tap Update.

  • Android (Google Play): Open Google Play -> tap your profile icon -> Manage apps & device -> Updates available -> find the game and tap Update.

If the game is updated but the error persists: Please contact our support team and provide the following details: Game ID, your device model, whether you checked for updates, how long you’ve had the issue, and a screenshot of the error.
