Well, now you are a proud miner, our congrats! Now you can craft resources not only on the land and sea but also underground.

• To mine some resources tap on the Mine (if you don't have one yet, it might be in the Build menu or it's not available on your level).
• Choose an available character.

You'll see resources that you have a chance to mine and the one you'll definitely get as well as required resources for a miner to start. Note that you increase your chances of getting resources from Chance to get after upgrading the Mine!
