How to reinstall the game?

Reinstallation of the game is one of the important steps of troubleshooting that you might find in other guides.

To reinstall the game please follow these steps:

Delete the game from the device - hold the app icon on the home screen and press the x button on it or go to Settings -> Apps and delete the app there.
Relaunch your device.
Go to AppStore or Google Play, find the app, and install it again. Important - if you see only the Open button, the app is not deleted, please, remake the first step.
Open the app and connect your game the way you did before.
