If you face difficulties with your game, one of the first troubleshooting steps you need to try is to reopen the app.
Note that simply closing the app won't do the trick, so you need to remove the app from your device's RAM. To do this please follow these steps.
For iOS:
- While on the home screen or in the game, slowly drag the bottom of the display to open multitasking on the device with FaceID or double press the Home button on the device with TouchID Home button.
- Find the game window in the multitasking menu and swipe it up to close.
- Relaunch the device
For Android:
- Open multitasking by swiping from the bottom of the screen or by pressing the dedicated button (depending on your device model and manufacturer).
- Press the x button on the game's window or swipe it to close.
- Relaunch the device.
