Have you noticed these blue bags in the game?

It's a Seed bag! You can get them as a reward for completing orders at Tim's or in the Grace's bungalow as well as get them from Collections.
What you can do with it? You can grow beautiful plants and rocks on your island with it! They are not only decorations, you can get wood, grass, stone, and liana. To find them, open the Build menu.
