Starting from level 15 it is possible to make a fishnet in a Workshop!

Place the fish nets on the water to catch some fish.
   

You can also get some fish nets by exchanging a Fisher’s collection. It is possible to exchange one set and get one fish net, or all the items you have and get more fish nets!
