If you cannot complete the A pillow for Helga quest because you do not have Feathers, please check whether you have researched the Doves scroll in the Research Archive.

Once the Doves research is completed, your Doves will start giving Feathers. After that, you will be able to collect enough Feathers and complete the quest successfully.
