Friendship runes are possible to obtain while visiting neighbours and clicking on items on their islands.
   
You have 5 visit energy and can collect 5 friendship runes per 24 hrs for each of your neighbours. Clicking on different items gives you collection items or other extra things.
     

Being on your friends islands you can see “GIFTS” tab in the bottom right corner, you can find useful gifts for your friends to make them feel happy!
