You can rotate objects in the game using the Rotate mode.
Click on the "Rotate mode" button in the lower right corner of your game screen, and then click on the object you want to reposition.
   
Please note that in order to rotate a building, no work must be done in it, and crafted resources must also be collected.
     
In the game, objects can only be rotated in 2 positions.
